The username and password in theCAR Learning Portalare different than the CAR and MRED websites.If you have not accessed the CAR Learning Portal since March 2021, you will need to create an account.

How to Create An Account in the CAR Learning Portal (LearnUpon)

  1. From theCAR Learning Portal store,将课程添加到你的购物cart. Click “Proceed to Cart” when ready to check out.
  2. Create your CAR Learning Portal account:
    1. Email address: Use the same email address that you use for your CAR membership
    2. Username: Enter your CAR member ID
    3. Password: Must be at least 6 characters
    4. Click “Sign up” to finish the registration

Already Have A CAR Learning Portal Account?

If you already have a CAR Learning Portal account, or if you receive a message that your email address is already in use, click “Forgot Password” to reset your password.
