The Chicago REALTORS® Sustainability Work Group is looking for sustainability ambassadors throughout Chicago! Are you ready to take the pledge?
Your Ambassador Checklist
1.Learn how to utilizeMRED’s Green Data Fieldswhen inputting a listing.
2.Attenda CARSustainabilityevents such asRenewable Real Estate or Sustainably Social.
3.Complete a sustainable course offered by theREALTORS® Real Estate School.
4. Give a Sustainable closing gift such as a smart thermostat or subscription to a composting service.
5. Familiarize yourself withourSustainability Resourcepage so you can stay informedon “green”opportunities.
6.Use CAR’s free member benefit,Photofy, to sharecustomizableSustainability graphics on social media.
7.Help your office shrink its footprint bylearning about theCity of Chicago’s best Recycling practices.
8. Complete monthly ambassador challenges that will expand your reach as an ambassador!
9. Ask your managing broker to set up a sustainability training session. We have great presenters ready to share!
10.Share your ideas about Sustainable legislation atCAR’s monthly Coffee with the GAD’s event!
