这个密集的程序结合培训项目and projects with the unique needs of REALTOR® associations and real estate companies to guide you in the next steps of your leadership journey. Over the course of the program, different modules will focus on key areas of opportunity for REALTOR® leaders, including:

• Executive presence
• Media relations
• Government relations
• Diversity, equity & inclusion

What Will You Gain as A Participant?

• Strengthen communication & leadership skills.
• Learn from real estate industry & REALTOR® leaders.
• Develop deep professional relationships with peer leaders both inside and outside the cohort
• Participate in monthly activities between January and September, including events, education and other training opportunities.
• Get a behind-the-scenes experience of a Chicago Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors meeting, Finance Committee meeting, Foundation Trustee meeting, Managing Broker forums, Past Presidents forums and more.
• Redeem credits for up to 12 hours of free CE and/or a NAR designation over the course of the program through REALTORS® Real Estate School.
• Gain priority placement on a Chicago Association of REALTORS®committee the year following successful completion of the program.

Are You Eligible?

To participate in this program, you must be a Chicago REALTORS® and hold primary membership in good standing with the association. You must have held a real estate license for a minimum of three years and served at least one year on a Chicago Association of REALTORS® committee or industry partner committee.
