New Career

Pre-licensing programs are designed to fulfill the necessary courses prior to applying for a state license. If you’re a newly licensed broker, your 45 Hour Post-licensing is the first course for your license renewal.

Broker Pre-licensing

In Illinois a career in real estate begins with a broker’s license. Once you obtain your broker’s license you will need to find a Managing Broker to sponsor you for at least two years.

Leasing Agent Pre-licensing

A Leasing Agent is a person who is employed by a Real Estate Broker to engage in licensing activities limited to leasing residential real estate.

45 Hour Post-licensing

If you were originally issued a Broker License on or after November 1, 2021, you need to complete the 45-Hour Post Licensing Package for your first renewal cycle.
