During the festivities, we debuted our 2021-2022 Board of Directors and honored several members for their contributions throughout the year, including the recipient of the Commercial Achievement award.The Commercial Achievement Award recognizes a commercial member in good standing with at least five years in the field, who demonstrates positive leadership within their local association and is active at the local, state and national levels.

Deena Zimmerman has built an extensive network of contacts throughout her 17-year career, and it’s not by chance. By focusing in on her close relationship with her clients, her relationships have propelled her to her success today. Many of her connections are formed through volunteering. Currently the co-chair of the Retail Council with SVN International Corp., she is a member of the International Council of Shopping Center and Women in Retail Leasing. She also serves as a mentor for the Goldie Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate Initiative. With a focus on tenant representation and expertise in retail leasing, investment and development, it’s no wonder she’s seen as an industry leader in commercial real estate.
