Introducing our REALTOR® ELITE (Education, Leadership, Information, Thrive, Elevation) Program!
This mentorship program matches ELITE’rs (or mentees) with coaches to develop and support the next generation of industry leaders to share knowledge, insights and tips, while also emphasizing ethical behavior, allowing network opportunities and developing leadership skills. Coaches and ELITE’rs will be matched and are required to meet twice a month for six months.

- Have one to three years in the business
- Commit to the program for six months and only miss a maximum of two sessions
For coaches, this is a unique opportunity to get involved while also flexing your leadership skills and sharing your knowledge and insight with up-and-coming REALTORS®.
Coaches must:
- Have 5+ years in the real estate industry
- Give a minimum of two hours a month to the program, which will be dedicated to two, one-hour coaching sessions to their ELITE’rs
