This program will help attendees prepare for the next steps in their leadership journey in their careers and the association. Attendees strengthen their leadership skills, learn from REALTOR® leaders, develop relationships with peers and participate in monthly activities focusing on executive presence, media relations, government relations and diversity, equity and inclusion.
