45 HOUR POST LICENSE REQUIREMENT

You Need To Take This If:

如果你were originally licensed between November 1, 2019 and October 31, 2021 you need to complete the 45 Hour Post-Licensing Package for your first license renewal period ending April 30, 2022.

如果你were originally issued a Broker License on or after November 1, 2021, the license issued during this period will have an expiration date of April 30, 2024. 45 Hours of Post License Education is required to be completed by April 30, 2024.

About the 45 Hour Course

The 45 Hour Broker Post License requirement is composed of three, 15-hour courses and must be completed for your first renewal. After completing each required course, you must pass a 50-question final exam with a score of 75% or above to receive credit for the course per state law. You must pass three final exams in total to satisfy the requirement.

  • Part 1: Transactional Issues – 15 Hours
  • Part 2: Risk Management/Discipline – 15 Hours
  • Part 3: Applied Broker Principles – 15 Hours

Students are required to take all three parts to satisfy the 45 Hour Broker Post License renewal requirement.
