Broker Renewal Requirements

NEXT RENEWAL DEADLINE:April 30, 2022

OPTION 1

If you were licensed prior to November 1, 2019, you need to complete the requirements below by April 30, 2022:

  • 12 Hours
    • 4 Hours Core
    • 8 Hours Elective
      • 1 Hour must fulfill the Sexual Harassment Prevention training requirement

OPTION 2

If you were originally licensed between November 1, 2019 and October 31, 2021, you need to complete the45 Hour Post-Licensing Packagefor your first license renewal period by April 30, 2022.

OPTION 3

If you were originally licensed on or after November 1, 2021, you need to complete the45 Hour Post-Licensing Packageby April 30, 2024.

Managing Broker Renewal Requirements

NEXT RENEWAL DEADLINE:April 30, 2023

OPTION 1

If you were licensed before February 1, 2021, you need to complete the requirements below by April 30, 2023:

OPTION 2

If you were licensed between February 1, 2021 and January 31, 2023, you must complete the requirements below by April 30, 2023:

OPTION 3

If you were licensed on May 1, 2021 or later, you must complete the requirements below by April 30, 2023:

  • 12 Hours of CE:
    • 4 Hours of Core
    • 8 Hours of Elective
      • 1 Hour must fulfill the sexual harassment prevention training requirement

OPTION 4

If you were licensed after February 1, 2023, no CE is required for the upcoming renewal.

Leasing Agent Renewal Requirements

NEXT RENEWAL DEADLINE:July 31, 2022

OPTION 1

If first issued a license prior to May 1, 2020, you need to complete the following by July 31, 2022:

OPTION 2
