Many think zoning always means confusion, restrictions and the need to hire an expensive attorney. Join us and the Chicago Zoning Administrator as we de-mystify zoning. We will learn more about:

  • The Zoning Ordinance (what it includes and importantly what it does not include).
  • Understanding zoning districts, variances and the Floor Area Ratio.
  • Much more!
The Zoning Administrator has agreed to take limited questions from the audience. Come and hear the presentation and increase your value to your clients and your community.
