The Buildings Department is unveiling a new and improved E-Plan (online permit review) system at 11 PM on Sunday, November 18th.
The E-Plan system will be disabled from 4:30 PM on Friday November 16th through 11 PM on Sunday, November, 18th as the program is being upgraded.
Once back on-line, the system will have a brand new look, with upgrades made to the performance, uploading process, task completion steps, project lists and the search and filter tool.
Don’t worry: user IDs, passwords and basic functions will remain the same.
