MRED recently released multiple updates to private listings in the MLS to enhance how you work with them, including:
Easier options to share these listings.
Private listings that are marked as shareable can be sent to clients through connectMLS.
Ability to use statuses such as active and contingent.
This update will create better transparency regarding the transaction process.
Search all listings, including private listings, together in one place.
Private listings will now show up in the same search as other active listings.
